I was sceptic about this but this stuff works!

So gutted that Cult Beauty no longer stocks this product. It took a week or so for me to notice a difference, which was huge! No more 3pm sugar cravings or snacking on sweet foods when I’m stressed or bored. I tried chromium supplements in the past which only made me more hungry, these tablets are amazing!

So I really like it when I take these vitamins but there is a caveat to it. They contain an unbalanced combination of amino acids so I am wary of not taking every day but rather opted to take a few days a week. The issue for me is I am prone to migraines and while this makes my brain fuction better when I stop taking it it sets off a migraine so this is just not for me.

I got these to help reduce cravings and sugar binges around my time of the month. They are not a magic pill, but are definitely helping and giving me a big reduction in cravings.  Usually I have no control, but these seem to be helping to be more mindful. Definitely going to stick with them as I was at such a low point before with how out of control I would feel

Unfortunately I didn’t notice a difference with these. I was taking them in combination with other vitamins though, so perhaps I didn’t give them a fair trial.
