Not worth it
This wasn’t really worth the price for me … I took it religiously for one month the. Purchased the refills to see if any effect would take place if used for longer and nothing really happened . I did seem to find my skin slightly brighter that’s all. It did absolutely 0 for hormonal breakouts so I’m not sure why this is saying it is targeted to help acne and blemishes ??! Bit misleading to be honest don’t waste your money .Â

I'd agonized over buying a supplement to help deal with skin complaints from the inside out and decided to try these out as the reviews were mainly positive. I took them religiously every morning, every single day for a month and...nothing really happened. Previously I've tried beauty chef collagen and really did note an improvement in the overall brightness of my complexion so by contrast these were a bit disappointing. There's a chance I was expecting too much or needed to persevere for a few months but I'm afraid I wasn't impressed enough to repurchase
