Nice but not groundbreaking
4It's a lovely spray, smells nice, and maybe provides some comfort. I wouldn't say it does anything major though.

Need to keep it up
4This is a good product, I’ve recommended it to family members and they’ve felt a difference, but I’ve found that I’ve needed to buy lots of it or replenish it often to maintain the benefits. It’s not a sustainable option for me. But this is one of the better topical magnesium products out there, compared to other brands. I’d also question how many 5 star reviews are valid on all Nue Co products… I recommend this spray for immediate relief and recovery but not long term effects.

Lovely smell and packaging
3Beautifully presented, not sure of any benefits and you do need 12 sprays per area, with it being a small bottle it does go down quicklyÂ

4I use this after a tough workout or when I have body ache and this really makes a difference. If you have trouble relaxing before bed this will definitely help you!Â

Sleep Saviour
4I’ve been spraying this on my wrists, elbow creases and behind my knees to help with better sleep and I really believe it works. The only downside is I wish it came in a bigger bottle!Â
