Great for subtle tan
5I am a pale girl and this really gives my skin a lift without making me look orange. It is easy to apply and never comes out streaky. It also fades quite nicely on me, without too many odd patches. Yes it is expensive but is well worth it!

First time - nice tan
5I'm a first-time tanner, so I bought the Light-Medium. I'm left with a really nice golden tan like I spent the last couple of days in the sun. Normally I'm quite pale, so this spectrum was the right for me, so I didn't become too dark too fast. It smells nice when applying, but you are left with what I imagine is the smell of self-tanner. Not patchy or streaky and leaves your skin a bit sticky when first applied, so you know where you've been. I will definitely buy it again!

Tan luxe foam
5Perfect colour, I like how long the tan stays after few showers, it builds up nice and slowly fades off. No tan on my bed.

Great tan
4Makes the skin feel so soft, leaves a subtle tan. Although when putting it on it feels very sticky. When applying it smells amazing. It does leave a slight tanning smell after it’s applied. It has not left any staining on my bedsheets. Will be using it again.

Best Self Tan
5Easily the best self tanner I've ever used and worth the money. Very easy to apply even though it has no guide colour and applies evenly. Doesn't have a strong self tan smell and hardly transfers. Feels nice and moisturising on the skin and delivers a golden, natural looking tan (I have a pale olive skin and use the medium/dark). Have given other tanners a go since discovering this but am always disappointed and return to this wondering why I even bothered to try another!

Serial tanner: this is the best
5Best tanner you’ll ever use, yes it’s a little pricey BUT... it lasts longer than any other tanner I have used, especially if you moisturise everyday. The colour looks lovely and natural, and it never goes green or strange looking. You can really build it up or keep it pretty light. 10/10

Great, but not perfect
4I really REALLY wanted to love this product, and although I'm generally very impressed, my quest for the perfect self tan continues. I'm an experienced tanner, and as a result have ruined so many bed sheets over the years, so the fact I can wear this in the day or wear it to bed without transferring is a major plus to me. However, it does leave quite a sticky residue which doesn't seem to dry, which can be uncomfortable on a hot day. If I put it on just before bed, when I wake up there is a slight tinge to the sheets, but nothing like the mess that usual tanners leave! I also wish it was a bit darker - I purchased the "medium/dark" and the colour isn't as deep as other tans I've used. Maybe if I used a bit more product it would be, but given the premium price point I try to use is sparingly! It smells amazing, no biscuity smell at all, and doesn't seem to dry out my skin like cheaper tans I've tried. All in all; great product, but it's not my holy grail.

Fantastic product for a first timer
5I don't usually write reviews because I am lazy, however, I decided to write one because as a complete newbie to self-tanners I thought It deserved one. First of all, I am of Latin American and French descent so my skin has olive undertones, however I ha e medium fair skin tone, I never go into the sun because I don't want skin cancer or wrinkles, I wear rash guards at the beach and never leave my house without SPF 50 on my face. I decided to get self-tanner because during the period of quarantine I started to look a bit sick since I hadn't gone outside of my house. I also have skin discoloration a bit everywhere because my mother and father have different skin tones. (For years my mother was convinced I had skin "mushrooms" caused by swimming competitively- the humidity, turns out, its both my parent's fault I look like a leopard). I had heard from everyone that Self Tanner's stain sheets, smell, etc and I was never interested until I saw Tan-Luxe had this colourless mousse, and after weeks of researching, I took the plunge and bought the Medium to Dark and the Light Medium mousse. I got the medium to dark, bough a Tanning mitt and an exfoliating glove, I showered and exfoliated with the glove, put moisturizer on my knees, elbows, feet and hands and started with the tanning process. I did 2 pumps for each body part ( legs, hips/bum, stomach, chest/neck, each arm, my back) and 1 pump for my face. It dried out pretty well and quickly and I wore my PJs. I kept looking at my skin trying to see a difference, and I finally slept, my bed sheets were not stained or my PJs, and I showered to remove the self-tanner. After doing so I used micellar water on my face (I can't start my day without it) and wore my gym clothes. I rubbed my arm again my bed sheet and nothing came off. My colour is golden colour but light, I never wanted to look brown, I wanted to look healthier and these two pumps were enough to achieve the look. I decided to Keep the light-medium so I could try it later on and see the difference and maybe try it on my face only. I am very happy with the result, I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do!
