Saturday Skin Yuzu Vitamin C Bright Eye Cream

Saturday Skin is the South Korean skin care brand that promises to give you that ‘start of the weekend glow’ any day of the week – and this illuminating eye cream is no exception. This buttery formula is powered by - you guessed it - yuzu: a fruit that possesses three times more vitamin C than any other citrus. This incredible extract works in tandem with caffeine, niacinamide and more to promote smoother, brighter eyes.

With a beautiful buttery texture that cloaks your contours with lasting hydration, this Yuzu Vitamin C Bright Eye Cream is pumped full of the yuzu superfruit (which boasts three times more vitamin C than any other citrus hero, FYI) to promote radiant contours that look like they snagged a full eight hours.

Melting into your skin like butter itself (sans the greasy finish), this beautiful cream is the ultimate foil to dry contours that lack elasticity, dark circles and fine lines. The aforementioned yuzu is an incredible source of antioxidants and vitamins that shields your skin from daily stressors and enhances your natural radiance, while niacinamide works to diminish the appearance of visible pores and uneven tone. Working wonders on thirsty skin, the brand's 'Active Vital Complex' works in tandem with panthenol to draw and seal in moisture to reveal more supple and smooth skin. You'll be bright-eyed in no time at all!

Amazinggg

This eye cream is so so good. It sinks into the skin lovely and my under eyes feel just as soft and hydrated at the end of the day as they did when I first apply it. My under eyes also look brighter than they did

Review after 3 weeks

There is nothing I like about this cream. Actually, the only thing I appreciate about it is that it has no fragrance. I don't like to consistency of the cream. It's thick, spreads out weirdly and sits on the skin. It's not hydrating at all, and for someone that has a very dry undereye area, this really didn't help. It really made my lines even more visible. It also created some problems for me. At first, when I started waking up with puffy eyes (which I don't have a problem with), I attributed it to seasonal allergies. Now that I'm off the cream for a week and started using a very light gel-cream, the puffiness is gone. It also created milia under my eyes, which I never had before! Does it brighten? Couldn't say because 3 weeks is not enough, but I don't plan on finding out. Total miss for me!
