Straight in the bin
Worked once, and then the packaging died. It's sealed packaging with a clicker-style dispenser, which functioned on one occasion only. Appalling really for a luxury brand with products that cost this much.

It's ok
I am using this as my first over night treatment. I found the pump easy to use (sort of like a click top pen) and it dispenses just the right amount for my lips and outer edges of my mouth. It goes on very easily and isn't sticky at all. I find it has wiped off (or been absorbed) fairly fast but my lips feel smooth in the morning and I have definitely seen improvement in how my lipstick lasts. Sugaring my lips before putting it on I find gets the best results. I will try other products when this one runs out (it has lasted a good while) but I will keep it on my buy again list at the moment.

Decent night time lip treatment
I rotate this with my La Mer lip balm and Clinique pep-start lip night mask. It gives a hefty dose of moisture for the lips and surrounding area and I've definitely noticed some plumping in the fine lines around the mouth area where I've been applying this. It leaves lips super soft in the morning. The dispenser, however, is diabolical. There is obviously a reason it's been designed this way (to keep the formula airtight?) but it is unpredictable and not easy to pump out the amount you wish to use with any degree of control. I'm nearing the end of mine and have just about got the gist of it!

Disappointed
I found this product really hard to use. Perhaps my applicator was faulty but it took ages to dispense a small amount of product every time I used it. I also didn’t rate the product itself. Overall I regretted the purchase and only used it a few times before going back to a cheaper lip balm.
