Use twice daily. Warm a generous amount in the palms of the hands and gently massage onto clean face and neck until absorbed. At night use after Bio Retinoid Anti-Ageing Concentrate for optimal results.

Limit initial use to 2 - 3 times a week, gradually increasing frequency to every other night and then finally up to twice a day (as tolerated). Proceed with caution if you're sensitive or new to retinol - this may induce redness/irritation to begin with and you may incur some flakiness until your skin acclimatises. Avoid using the night before a big event/special occasion (unless you're already a retinol addict)!
