To get the best benefits from Collagen Shots take daily, ideally half an hour before going to sleep at night, this is when cells are renewing. Alternatively have on an empty stomach either first thing in the morning or before a meal. Put one scoop in a glass and fill with 200 - 250ml of water (or preferred beverage), whisk with a fork, allow a minute for collagen to dissolve. You could use a small blender or shaker for mixing. Easy to use collat
I have been using this collagen supplement for a couple of years and my husband started using it as well, presumably as he noticed some benefit to my skin Difficult to tell how much it improves my skin as I use Vitamin C and SOH with Hyaluronic acid during the day and retinol at night I have had less joint and back pain since starting this collagen supplement and would recommend trying itÂ

Great value- highly recommended!
I have been using this collagen religiously for around 1 year now- and the difference can be seen. I researched this product, and for its ingredients and quality it is incredible value for money! Some other brands are charging a lot more for the same- and I can say this has improved my skin! I mix this product with squash and warm water every morning and the powder dilutes perfectly! Highly recommend!Â

One of the best
I have noticed a visible improvement to my skin health. My hair is thicker with less hair fall, my joints less creaky and my nails are much stronger. Also this collagen tastes good in comparison to others tried.
