Helped my spots!
I suffer from hormonal acne and I was trying to find a way to naturally lower testosterone (which i think is what caused it). In doing research I read that cortisol attributes to help higher testosterone, and that mushrooms can help with this. I started these 5 months ago and haven't looked back. My cystic, normal acne has been so much better and manageable. I don't get big spots anymore. The odd small one, but wow my skin is so much better. I know these don't attest to making your skin better but they really helped me, and when I don't take them I notice a huge difference. I've currently run out for 2 weeks and my acne is back - I will be purchasing these as soon as I can. These, and the iodine elixir (now renamed I believe) I take everyday

Great ingredients yet did not notice a difference
I was really impressed with the range of ingredients after researching them. However, I did not see or feel any noticeable difference. Perhaps I need to take them for a longer period of time. Having said that, I have since found similar products on the market with higher mgs. Considering purchasing again and trying for 3+months.
