This is somewhat soothing for my scalp, but it hasn't made a huge difference and to really cover my scalp I get through the bottle very quickly so it ends up being an expensive addition to my hair routine. I have found pre-shampooing acid treatments to be more effective.

It really helps alleviate the itch, but unfortunately it doesn’t last long … :( the relief is just temporary until the next hair wash so not sure if it’s worth the money in the long run however it does provide immediate soothing relief if the itching is unbearable .
