Suitable for all textures – from fine to coarse – this gentle shampoo is respectful of delicate lengths, eliminating residue while maximising moisture. Starring the optimal balance of violet micro-pigments to neutralise warmth and keep platinum manes looking fresh-from-the-salon, this nourishing formula also fights frizz and intensifies shine for a sleek, glossy ‘swish’. Great for blonde, grey or highlighted hair, this cleanser is just what your fair hair’s been longing for. And now this blonde-boosting superhero comes in a handy travel size (75ml) — because nobody wants to be worrying about brassy, thirsty hair when they should be laying about by the pool.
First, use your regular shampoo to ensure hair is clean and free from product build-up. Rinse well and apply Pure Blonde Booster Shampoo, massaging gently into the hair for 60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Philip Kingsley’s Colour-Correcting Mask for optimum results. Use once per week.
All hair will react differently, so test a small section of your lightest hair before first use. Wait at least two weeks after having hair coloured, bleached or permed before using.

Great for once a week boost
Does what it says on the bottle I only need to use it once a week and it makes such a difference. I’m a natural very dark brown and have had balayage for a few years, this really takes the yellow tones and dullness out of my hairÂ

Brilliant for blondes
Perfect once a week toning shampoo to knock any brassiness out of blonde hair. This is one of the best toning shampoos that’s I’ve used….leave on momentarily then a second shampoo once a week is brilliant and hair doesn’t feel dried out as with some toning shampoosÂ

Effective but Drying
This is a good purple shampoo - it vanishes the brassy tones and for that I’d give it 5 stars… but my gosh does it dry out your hair (which when bleached it just doesn’t need). I love PK products so it surprised me that this had such a negative… But as a weekly boost I’d still buy and use it (with a hydrating conditioner!)Â

Love
My hair is literally bleached and is very prone to getting brassy/yellow bits - which I can't stand. What really stood out to me with this shampoo is that it does not dry your hair out, which is what you usually find with these blue/purple shampoos. The main goal obviously is to remove the brass and yellow and it does that really well, I leave it in for about 40 secs and I do this max twice a week. really great and would recommend it!
