Does help
After a month of taking these can see a difference. First, in the nails, as the other reviewer mentioned. Then, in my hair - getting stronger with less hair loss during washing. Will persist. These are the first supplements that I noticed do make a difference for my hair.Â

Brilliant
I wanted to wait a while before I left a review to trial them properly and I'm so pleased I persisted. I was suffering from a lot of hair loss and after about 6 weeks of taking these it suddenly slowed right down, particularly during washing. My hair now feels much thicker and so much less falls out. I haven't noticed any difference in my nails but that isn't really why I purchased them.

Very Good
I am always struggling with thinning hair. I'm losing so much that my hair broke our vacuum cleaner. I'm getting by with a little help from hair supplement. As I am also anemic I need my supplement to have iron and B12. This supplement ticked all my requirements and I bought it to try. Really amazing stuff. I can say that my hair is thicker. And I felt less tired as it support my iron need too. Will buy again.
