I am in my early forties and still getting spots! I am now effected by the hormone fluctuations of the peri menopause! What joy!  This spot treatment had really helped to lessen the amount of spots I get, and when I do get them they clear much quicker and are not so ferocious.  So will continue to use it along with other Paula Choice products for spotty more mature skin. 

My skin feels amazing after using this very glad I purchased it, dropped a point because I really didn't realise how small the bottle would be and the price for 30ml is a bit shocking, but it has made my skin look and feel amazing.

I use this on problem areas and have seen a huge improvement in the texture of my skin and way less breakouts. If I do get a breakout I find this helps to calm it down and helps it go away much quicker. Also helps so much with the redness 

I feel that it helps with my blemishes, I've been using it for months now and will continue to do so.

This has really helped with preventing breakouts and also has helped fade hyperpigmentation after breakouts. I use this every morning on problem areas (in my case chin/forehead) and have seen a definite improvement in the clarity of my skin. 

This is the only spot treatment I use in congested areas (forehead, sides of the chin, etc) and it works wonderfully! In a few days, the whiteheads and closed comedones are gone. Has azelaic acid, BHA and liquorice root which helps fade dark spots (PIH). For other users commenting it's irritating: Azelaic acid is only irritating in the first few usages. After that, your skin gets used to it and accepts it like a dream. Give it a chance!

Avoid! I brought this product thinking it would clear up a couple of scars on my face. It might have helped slightly, but it caused an entirely new problem. My once soft skin is now rough and bumpy. I had to stop the product immediately to avoid further irritation.

I have dry skin, used it am & pm on my chin and jaw where I get most pimples. did absolutely nothing for me. dark spots did not fade.

This product tingles on my skin and I find it a little irritating. It does reduce the appearance of dark spots on my face. But never repurchasing again because my skin is super oily and can tolerate high amounts of AHA and BHA and I've never felt irritated like with this product.

I have oily skin, so I am glad this cream is not clogging my pores. I have tested it for a few weeks and it has worked nicely with acne and post-acne. I did use it in a proper skincare scheme, however, it was a great adjustment to my evening routine.
