Thanks to an infusion of antioxidant-rich matcha green tea, aloe vera and panthenol, this clarifying shampoo manages to remove dirt and impurities without stripping your scalp of its natural oils. Specially formulated for type 3 and type 4 curls, this blend of ingredients doesn''t disturb moisture levels in the hair shaft and instead, helps low porosity hair take in moisture by keeping the cuticle open and clear of product build-up. Like a breath of fresh air for your scalp, this is just the thing you need to nurse your hair back to health, and the floral blend of jasmine, bergamot & sweet sandalwood certainly doesn't hurt.
Massage vigorously into scalp & wet hair to remove build-up & residue. Add more water as needed to work the product through the hair. Rinse thoroughly. If desired wash a second time with PATTERN Cleansing Shampoo. Follow with your preferred PATTERN conditioner or PATTERN related products. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

New favourite shampoo
So pleased to have discovered this shampoo, which I use along with the conditioner. I have thin but curly / frizzy hair (which is now also dry since bleaching) & the product leaves my strands & scalp feeling clean yet hydrated. My frizz is also under much better control! The scent is very sophisticated & gorgeous & I don’t need much product for a first or second lather so the bottle is lasting me ages.

Great shampoo for 4A hair
Gives you a proper clean but doesn’t feel too stripping - I’ve already repurchased. I would alternate it with a hydrating shampoo though if you wash frequently like I do.

Non-stripping
Was surprised at how good this is. I wasn’t sure if you could use it for every wash as it says to use on “deep clean” days, but I have used it almost every day and it hasn’t stripped my hair or dried it out. My hair feels clean and with no build up of product after I wash with this. I bought another bottle already.

Underrated hero
Don’t let the word “cleansing” put you off. This is far from the moisture stripping nightmare usually associated with those shampoos. It gets rid of build up, moisturises and amazingly, detangles. I have 3b/c curls with some dye and some regrowth. This is my new favourite. Worth every penny.

Very happy
I am very happy I bought this shampoo. My hair and scalp are very clean it lathers well. My scalp is clean without my hair strands feeling stripped or dry. Smells lovely.

Shampoo is ok
This shampoo does not leave your hair feeling dry or stripped and it does cleanse well. However, I think for the price point there are better shampoos out there, it doesn’t really help with dandruff or any flakes you might have from your hair. However, it doesn’t state it’s a dandruff shampoo and claims to be a cleansing shampoo that helps with removing build up on the scalp which I agree it does help remove build up but I think for the price point there are better shampoos out there.

When I was first using this shampoo my hair looked and felt great. However, I did not find it too mind-blowing, untill...I switched over to one of my favourites and I noticed the difference immediatelly! My hair wasn't looking as happy as when I was using this particular shampoo. I have curly but fine hair and finding the right products for it has been a journey! This shampoo effectively cleanses my hair and sculp but it nourishes it and leaves it shiny and bouncy, as opposed to, weighted down and dry. Love it!

Lived up to my expectations
I can tell from the consistency that this will last a while. My hair was clean with not too much product required but I wish it had more of a scent/fragrance
