Nothing like it
I've tried really hard to find a cheaper alternative to the Venus Nectar shade of this highlighter as it's by far the most used out of my fairly large collection of highlighters, but even the closest colour match (I'd describe this on the skin as a delicate opalescent pale rose or seashell) doesn't have anywhere near the intensity of colour, the completely luxurious feeling fine milled powder texture, or the beautiful depth of colour giving it a true iridescence. I'm now on my 3rd of these and can see the bottom of the pan - since a little goes a long way that shows how often I pick this one! Having tried highlighters from other top tier luxury brands, I can say with complete honesty that nothing comes close to this in my opinion, I own a highlighter double the price of this and would absolutely pick Venus Nectar, Lunar Allure, or Golden Moonlight (Bronze Mirage is too dark for my pale olive toned skin, but perfect for my Anglo Indian mother's dark skin!) over any other highlighter out there. Absolutely worth the price, in a category saturated with champagne, gold, silvers and bronze shades, Venus Nectar stands out beautifully in every possible way!

Lovely formula. Great for medium-deep skin tones. Shame it doesn't have fancy embossing like some of the brands other products.

A real glam highlighter.
Ok so I adore PML and own a handful of her highlighters which I love but they only work for me in summer. I have been excited to get my hands on this for my pale, winter skin. The shade works beautifully, I’m thrilled to have a cooler toned highlight from the brand BUT this is heavier on the sparkle factor than I was expecting and more so than the OG of this formula (is it nude Venus?) that launched with the Divine Blush collection (and another shade that’s in the Holiday release face palette. Also blingier than this formula in the Bridgerton 3 pan.) All in all its not for the faint hearted. For me it’ll probably be an evening out / full glam option but I’m very glad to have it in my collection and even though it’s got more shimmery particles as opposed to just glow from within, it doesn’t highlight texture. Oh and It’s also incredible for adding a bit of something extra to an eye look.Â

A little goes a long way!
This is a beautiful shade to give you that classic structured highlight, you hardly need any either, I found it applied best using a fan brush. Unfortunately my first one arrived broken but Cult Beauty replaced it without fuss, the second one was much better packed and the customer service was truly excellent!Â

Lunar Allure
Had to post another review because I wore Lunar Allure today rather than just swatching it, and...whoa. I thought I'd come across 'glass skin' highlighters before, but this goes waaay above glass, we're talking mirror! Definitely one to save for a party or night out, or apply with a very, very light touch. It's beautiful, don't get me wrong, but I feel a little bit like a disco ball right now!

Beautiful, but very fragile!
I have a bit of a highlighter addiction, so when I discovered these 3 by my new favourite brand I had to give them a go! Unfortunately, the first Venus Nectar I received was absolutely obliterated, despite being very well packaged and there being no noticeable damage to the box itself. Cult Beauty were very efficient in sending a replacement immediately, which I received the next day. It did still have a couple of cracks in it, but was easy to press back into place. The highlighter itself is a beautiful peachy/blush rose, and definitely not glittery, it's more of a glowy sheen a bit like the Hourglass Strobe highlighters I like so much, but dialled up a few notches! I also got this in Lunar Allure (which incidentally arrived in perfect condition!) which is a gorgeous white/gold. Both shades definitely have that 'inner light' thing going on, they appear multidimensional due to the slight iridescence, and feel silky smooth! The texture seems partway between a powder and a cream, and because I am still wary about how delicate they are, I'm probably going to stick with applying these with a sponge rather than fingers or a brush. Despite not being a fan of gold toned highlighters I actually don't think it'll be long before I cave and end up buying the third in the range!

Very shiny
If you like super pigmented and shiny highlighters - this one is for you. It has quite a lot of fallout if you are not careful so I recommend using it with light hand. I personally prefer highlighters that have less noticable glitter but I will definetly use it for special ocasions.
