An effervescent opening, it’s layered with notes of fresh cucumber, lychee and Italian bergamot, before sailing into a crisp heart of green tomato leaf and crushed coriander. Beneath it, spicy ginger, musk and tangy pepper create a bright, textured dry down. A postcard from warmer climes; think of it as salt on skin, cold raspberries, bare feet, loose plans and the last light of day.
