Use in the evening, no more than twice a week. Apply evenly on cleansed, dry skin (avoiding the eye contour) and leave on for no longer than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This formula contains a very high concentration of free acids. The Ordinary recommends use only if you are an experienced user of acid exfoliation, and not to use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

Skin renewal
Have never really looked after my skin, in my 50's now and will try anything! My niece recommended this product, I was sceptical given our age difference. Once applied I had slight tingling feeling but nothing too bad, so I wondered if it would work. After removing & rinsing skin I was amazed at the difference in my skin, especially on my nose & chin area where I have always had teeny under skin blocked pores & open poers. My skin felt amazing, like new soft skin. Will definitely keep using product.

Didn’t work for Me...
Been using this product for a couple of weeks. I had a lot of faith in the product due to the “Hype”.Unfortunately, I feel like it’s not working for me, It Stings, and burns upon application. I have tried it on my mum and sis and they have agreed that it stings and burns too. I have not seen any major difference in my skin. After several uses, I have realized that it’s clearly not for me...I have also started to break out which used to be a thing of the past. I really wished it worked on my skin but unfortunately not. I am still very much interested in purchasing other products of the ordinary brand.

AMAZING
I started using this with the Niacinamide 10% Zinc 1% and started seeing results in under a month. I used to have pretty dark acne scars and they started fading sooooo fast. It does sting a little when you put it on but it’s absolutely worth it

Controls my breakouts and gives me a glow!
Amazing product - works wonders for my skin! Has controlled my breakouts (whilst I still get a few nowhere near as bad as before), leaves my skin glowing after every use, and is helping to reduce my acne scarring. I use this product twice a week, and make sure to apply sunscreen after every use. I would definitely recommend - just remember to patch test first!

It’s okay.
It’s alright, it makes your skin feel very soft after use. However it hasn’t made as much difference as i thought it would. Also if you have sensitive skin i wouldn’t recommend using on your cheeks as it gave me spots and breakouts on my cheeks. It works better for some skin types but not all.

amazing for scars
This product is so good for any dark spots or acne scars on your face. It has faded mine so quickly and I’ve only been using the product for 2 weeks. It does tingle a little and doesn't get rid of any fresh spots though.

Best Face mask ever!!!
I have always struggled with sensitive acne prone skin and I've used this once followed up with niacinamide 10% + zinc 2%. my skin has never looked so smooth and clear! my skin is not red at all and the mask didn’t make me break out or irritated. it was super easy to wipe away and it left my skin so supple. my fungal acne has almost vanished after one use so if you struggle with small forehead bumps like me, go for it! it’s so good and it’s so cost efficient. although it doesn’t smell the best, it’s so worth it!

Impressed!
I was sucked into buying this after seeing the reviews on Insta and I thought whilst in isolation why not! My skin can occasionally react to certain products so I was slightly nervous putting this on my face but the most I felt was a slight tingle.The result is impressive - my skin is super soft and has a nice glow to it. For the price it definitely worth a try.

Amazing, but be careful if you have sensitive skin!!
I have super sensitive skin and was super scared to try this product, but had heard people raving over it for acne scars so I had to give it a try anyway. The first time I used it, my skin was super angry at me I won't lie, it burnt like hell and wasn't comfortable at all. After the second time, it didn't hurt nearly as much. However, now a month and a bit in, my skin doesn't react at all anymore, and my acne scars have gone away significantly after using it twice a week. My skin feels so smooth afterwards and my acne scarring definitely is slowly fading. So if you can take a little pain, I would definitely recommend.
