Use in the evening, no more than twice a week. Apply evenly on cleansed, dry skin (avoiding the eye contour) and leave on for no longer than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This formula contains a very high concentration of free acids. The Ordinary recommends use only if you are an experienced user of acid exfoliation, and not to use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

Best make up remover
Rub it on your dry face and watch it turn into a clear solution which will rub all your make up away. If you have a face halo it's even easier to get make up off with this.

Leaves my skin feeling super silky and soft
I haven't been using this for long but I've already noticed that my skin looks smoother and feels better in general. I didn't feel any irritation or stinging the first time I used it but that depends on your skin's sensitivity. My pores are less visible too.

Undecided. Maybe it's not for me
Hmm..I just don't know how I feel about this product. I like that it's cheap and having used it fairly consistently for a few months (once a week normally), I still have over half the bottle left as a little goes along way. It does sting when I first put it on but stinging subdues within a minute. Overall though, I can't see any 'wow' differences. My forehead fine lines look the same, and the few blemishes I do have don't seem any different. I feel good using the product in the sense of it's exfoliating purposes but this feels more like a general maintenance product rather than something that will radically change your skin. That being said, most of the reviews seem to indicate it does so maybe it's just not for me!

Will never go without it again!
Used it for the first time last night and my skin this morning is really smooth, my pores look smaller with less congestion and really glowy. I feel like my skincare products will work better with regular use of this as it takes all the dead skin off from the surface. Can’t wait to use it again. I LOVE IT! And love the Ordinary products in general!

Amazing!

Don’t see what the fuss is about
I got this after all the hype. To be honest, it left my skin sore and dry. I find the lactic acid 10% is much kinder and gives your skin the perfect glow.
