Easy to use (apart from the app which is unusable!!), barely adds any time to my bedtime routine, I use the time to do a 3 minute meditation/breathing session . I’ve been using this mask for 2-3 weeks whilst I haven’t seen anti aging benefits as of yet i had helped with hormonal breakouts. Doesn’t sync with phone but works without it
