For optimal tanning results, follow these easy steps: Wax or shave 24hrs before. Exfoliate & moisturise the night before. Squeeze the foam onto the mitt and apply to your body in long sweeps, making sure all areas are covered. Before you finish sweep the mitt over the tops of your feet, elbows, knees and back of each hand using just the residue left from the rest of the applications to avoid darker patches there.
