Whether your style icon's Audrey Hepburn or Amy Winehouse, a liquid eyeliner is a must, and luckily it's one cosmetic you don't have to spend a fortune on to achieve a fabulous effect. Celebrity make-up artist Mary Greenwell is a fan of Prestige liquid eyeliner saying, "It doesn't separate, goes on very smoothly in one clean line, the brush is good and it stays put once it's dry."
The beauty of Prestige's best-selling liquid eyeliner (apart from its purse-friendly price tag) is the nifty fibre tipped applicator, which basically makes it as easy as using a felt tip pen and allows you to draw an incredibly precise line, whether you're an eyeliner aficionado or an absolute beginner. The high pigmentation in the formula gives a nice strong line (nothing watery about this liquid liner) that won't rub off when you're rocking out.

From the inner corner of your eye, gently stroke the tip of the liquid eyeliner along the lash line, as close as possible to avoid any gaps. If you do not wish to paint a continuous line, it can be easier to paint a few small dashes onto the lash line, eg. inner corner, middle and outer corner, then go back and connect them. Keep the eyeliner thin to create a 1950's Audrey Hepburn look or build up a thicker line for a rock chic style.
