Gently apply using your fingers or a cotton pad over entire face and neck, including the eye area (avoid lash line and eyelids) after cleansing and toning. Do not rinse. RIP my blackheads
First of all, MASSIVE side-eye at anyone saying to use this stuff sparingly. I initially followed the advice of other reviewers and only used this twice a week and was super disappointed cause nothing happened. Thankfully a colleague at work explained that it needs to be used twice daily. And boy, that made all the difference. My skin is so oily, I could probably power half the UK (no it’s not because I strip away moisture) and super prone to blocked pores that just feel bumpy under the skin. I was sceptical about what a watery toner-like substance could really do, but I can’t live without this now. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and I’ve noticed a considerable improvement in my little skin bumps. I still get them but I’m just so happy it’s better than it used to be. My advice would be to avoid the eye region since the skin there quickly becomes flakey. Also if people have drier skin then possibly using it less will be sufficient but for oily skin comrades; definitely start using it twice a day. I’m keen to try the gel version since I don’t like how much product is lost in the cotton pad. Feels like a waste when the product is so pricey

Not for all skin types
This states for all skin types and I desperately wanted to love it as it came highly recommended by a friend. However this left my skin feeling irritated, dehydrated, red and in need of a skin barrier repair. I was using twice a week to begin but after a couple of weeks and no improvement with the effects I was getting I stopped using. I would say for anyone with sensitive/dry skin to try the small travel size to see how skin reacts. This personally is not for all skin types but I can’t deny my friends skin results from using this (she has combo/oily skin)

Not the miracle I was expecting
I've been using this for about a month, it works great at drying out active breakouts - literally smoothed out some pimples overnight! However it is a bit drying for me, so I'm only using it 3x a week and not every day as suggested on the packaging. My skin is on the drier side though :) I was hoping to see improvement in texture and blackheads reduction but nothing has happened so far. Good product but didn't work miracles for me.

Amazing life saving product!
It’s been almost 4 weeks and I can say my skin has improved by 90%! I do get the odd spots but mainly small whiteheads and I mean small ... almost CANT see types! I think it might be from wearing a mask about 2 hours a day for travel. But my pores are smaller and clearer! I have to say I purged for about 1-2 weeks... large spots that disappeared within 24-48hours and never were painful. I was shocked as I suffered from acne for nearly 9 years and this was the first time they healed so quickly. After purging I haven’t got any large spots and my skin is smoother and clearer. I wish I tried this before! It’s incredible! It didn’t dry my skin out but I only use it 4 times a week and evenings only. I also used a serum and moisturiser after using it, so I guess that helped. Definitely worth every penny!

So I’ve only had this for a couple of weeks but I really like it thus far. Doesn’t dry my skin out (I use a good moisturiser after). I only use it at night to avoid sun damage.

Great for texture!
I started using this regularly about two weeks ago, and almost immediately say a positive change in the texture of my skin. It's a really simple tonic, but my face has been so undeniably SMOOTH ever since using, and I had been dealing with all kinds of unevenness and millia. Definitely recommend!

Great Product
I use this everyday, it’s amazing. I have very sensitive skin & this causes no problems. My skin is clearer, fresher, and really helps to reduce the appearance of open pores on my nose.
