For classic definition: Starting at the inner corner, glide the tip of the eyeliner across the upper lashline, keeping close to the base of the lashes. Gradually widen the line as you reach the outer corner, ending in a subtle 'V' shape.
For tightlining: To create the illusion of darker, fuller lashes, glide the tip of the eyeliner just above the upper waterline. Work the tip in between lashes to deposit ink at the base for continuous coverage.
For winged liner: Elongate and lift the eye by gliding the tip of the eyeliner across the upper lid near the base of lashes, creating a seamless line. Begin your wing close to the lower lashes at a diagonal angle, following the upward curve of the upper lashline and extending outwards for an eye-lifting effect.
For doe-eyed liner: Apply a thin stroke of liner across the centre of the upper lashline, extending to the outer corner. Apply a second line along the bottom lashes. Intentionally leave the lines unconnected for an eye-opening effect.

I keep coming back to this eyeliner again and again. Very dark matte black. Easy to apply and doesn’t smudge. Expensive but worth it.

Amazing jet black and doesn’t budge
This is an HG product for me. As someone who has been rocking a black liquid line since the 90s believe me when I say I know my liners. The nib is firm enough to give good control (if you’re doing your liner on the tube for example) and think enough to give precision and doesn’t dry out or go funny like some products do. It’s a jet black colour too without being harsh or cold. The product lasts ages - at least 6-9 months I find. Well worth the money!

Lasts on my hooded eyes
It’s very black and it lasted well and didn’t crease or transfer on my hooded eyes. It’s got a nice tip and you can get a nice thin wing

Wanted to love it
I do adore PMG labs products, and the pros of this are that it is SUPER dark and a true black. It’s very slimline too and the applicator is good. However, everytime I have applied this, it leaks into my waterline, and I feel as though too much product is dispensed through the felt tip. It’s fine for when I’m doing a heavier eye makeup look, but for every day it’s a bit too much.

My mum is obsessed with it
I got this as a gift for my mum and she says it’s the best eyeliner she’s ever used and it is really easy to use and lasts a long time.

The best one
The best one I’ve tried. Find I do a good wing with this pen! Stays put all day too and doesn’t smudge on the crease of your lids either like some do after a few hours. This stays put

Devoted... no longer
I was absolutely devoted to this eyeliner, keen to support a black owned business. I'd also read rumours that it was Taylor Swift's Eras Tour liner of choice...? I even use this on my wedding day! Keen to trim down what I was spending on make up, I decided to give the new felt tip NYX's tattoo liner a go. Sadly for Pat, the NYX seems to work so well for my hooded eyes and does a much better job holding up next to my SPF. Buy Pat McGrath lipsticks if you want another way to basque in her glory!

Keep going back for more!
Can't imagine using another eyeliner. It is the blackest matt black, stays on all day and glides across my 40 year old eyelids.

One of the best eyeliners
One of the best eyeliners I’ve ever used. I usually use Fenty beauty and the nib for that is finer that pats. Pats nib is thicker and longer but still gives you opportunity to be precise and I’ve been doing my eyeliner in pretty much one or two strokes. Staying power is great as well
