Milk Makeup Cloud Glow Primer 27ml

Use as the first step of your make up routine to create a smooth base. Pump once onto the back of your hand and massage directly into skin with fingertips (a little goes a long way; one pump is all you need). Allow to dry down for 60 seconds before applying make up. You can also wear it alone for a hydrated, natural glow.

With community and self-expression at the heart of every product, Milk Makeup transforms skin-loving ingredients into effective formulas. Born out of Milk Studios (a creative hub in downtown New York), the brand dreams up beauty essentials that are easy to use, multi-functional and encourage creativity. And the Cloud Glow Primer (29ml) is no exception to the rule; a skin care-packed foam, it brightens, hydrates and illuminates while creating a smooth base for make up.
