Not foundation quality
I wouldn’t say it’s a foundation quality (the product transfers very easily, oxidised quite dramatically) but then it’s hard to tell since I didn’t get the correct shade. The shade chart isn’t correct- I went by the shade chart and it wasn’t the correct shade for me. Customer service was no help as it’s “not their problem”. I wouldn’t recommend buying a product like that from Cultbeauty as they won’t take back an open/tried on product.
