Finally an eyebrow pencil I can shout about!
I have tried and tested them all - for years!! I’ve always struggled to get my brows bang on but thought, as I basically only use Hourglass for my make up now, to add this to the mix! I have never gone out with such balanced impeccable brows!! I can’t blame it on technique as I’m a pro but the angle of the tip, the colour and texture are just perfect. Hourglass really does deserve the 5 stars I am leaving here!!
