HigherDOSE Transdermal Magnesium Spray

Always spray on clean dry skin. Can be used on any part of the body, except avoid eyes, sensitive skin areas, broken skin or rashes. To Sweat: Use before a workout to proactively replenish magnesium you're about to sweat out or before a sauna blanket session to increase microcirculation and enhance sweat. To soothe sore muscles: Post workout, spray on sore muscles to soothe and relax any aches. To relax or sleep: Spray on bottoms of feet or any skin area that isn't sensitive to help relax the mind and calm the body. 4 sprays = 100mg of magnesium.
