After cleansing: Lift a single pad at a time with enclosed tweezers and place on areas of concern (ex. Under the eyes, discoloration on chin). Leave on for 5 minutes. For an extra boost, leave on for up to 15 minutes. For sensitive skin, sweep over face and discard. Discard and follow with your usual serum & moisturiser. Can be used daily, AM and PM. For sensitive skin, use 2-3 times a week and gradually increase usage to daily. For extra cooling and depuffing, store in the fridge.
