Comfortable to wear and easy to attach to your underwear or clothes, within just minutes of you applying a patch they begin to heat up, activated by oxygen in the air. The best part? Remove patch from its individual package. Peel off protective film that covers the adhesive. Attach patch to clothing (full cloth underwear, pants, leggings, etc.) and avoid direct contact with skin. Leave on for up to 8 hours. Do not use on lace, mesh or transparent materials, underwear, etc.).
