Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt
I can follow the exact same haircare routine and this product still goes from not working to working amazingly. I thought the price point was really good for only having to spritz several sprays but then watched a video of a stylist DRENCHING a girls hair in it to make it activate and realised that if that was the advice then the price point isn't actually that good.

i have thick slightly wavy hair i sprayed my hair very thoroughly before drying out with the dyson airwrap and by the end my hair was still very frizzy and not much had been defrizzed it gave a nice shiny look, however nothing changed in regards to the frizziness
