Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. If you could only have one product.
If I could only use one hair product for the rest of my life. It would without a doubt be this one. I have naturally curly/frizzy hair, which I like to wear straight. This is the only product I find actually tames the frizz.. With it lasting 3-4 washes it lasts ages also. Very impressed.

A lot of good reviews on this product but I really did not feel it made a difference at all!! Other products out there that are far superior to this. I have fine, type 2 hair and when blow dried by hair is quite straight but can lack shine and be a bit fluffy / frizzy particularly at the ends. I didn’t see any extra shine and I still had a lot of flyaways so not impressed, especially for the price. I won’t be buying again.
