Twist the wand and brush through to lift and comb. Wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift and define the lashes.

Pillow Talk Eyeliner (1.2g): To use, start from the inner corner of the upper eyelid and draw a line as close to the lash line as you can.
