Suitable for use dry, or wet for added intensity, this double-ended brow enhancer has a spooley wand for grooming hairs, together with a powdery-matte pencil for creating immaculate, believable-looking eyebrows. Just draw a dotted line along the inside of the eyebrows, blending with the brush to disguise signs of over-plucking, or use to define the eyebrow base line sketching the lower outline and brushing colour upwards through the brows to create a neat shape and optically lift the eyes.
