Gentle thorough cleansing
Surprised at the marmite reviews… a lovely balm cleanser that feels deeply cleansing, gentle and non stripping. You do need to get used to the texture and sensation… Very unctuous and luxe, with a slight scent. It feels like applying honey to your face which warms up a little as you rub in. I apply to dry skin and then remove with warm flannel. Perfect!

Disappointed
Unfortunately had a similar experience as another user...I have to really work it into my skin causing my skin to still look red after use. The texture is very thick and doesn't seem to glide on my skin very well. My skin does feel cleanse afterwards but not calmed.

I use a number of products from 111Skin which I absolutely love. Unfortunately this is not one of them. I have used this on a damp face, which immediately turns into a milky cleanser and does nothing to remove my make up. I’ve used this on a dry face, between 2-6 pumps and every single time, no matter the amount, I’ve had to drag and push this around my face and neck and still need a 2nd cleanse. Nothing about this glides or applies smoothly and I’ve been left with very angry, red, sore skin. For the price, this is a disappointment, especially when the other products are amazing. For information, I have dry sensitive, reactive skin.

The perfect cleanser
I have sensitive combo skin. I have been looking for a cleanser that wouldn't leave my skin feeling tight while still properly taking out my sunscreen and occasional makeup properly for literal years - This is the one!! It feels great and never disappoints. A new favourite!

I have acne prone oily skin with open pores on my nose. I wanted something which was was paraben & SLS free and did not have any other nasties but which would suit my skin. My skin is very sensitive and if I use a product which doesn’t suit it, it will immediately flare up. I’ve been using this for around a week and a half and didn’t experience any adverse reaction, so on the sensitive/Acne front it’s all good. When it comes to the product itself, it is different than any other product out there. It has a gel like consistency and you have to work it on your dry face. Once you’ve worked it on your face it transforms into a balm like consistency which you’d have to wash it off obviously. It leaves your skin feeling clean but not dry. Will rebuy as I liked it.
