Unassuming yet effective, these compact floor glider exercise discs make activating your core, glutes and quads all-the-more easy. The round discs glide effortlessly over your floor when you apply pressure to it, so you can extend and retract your legs to promote a leaner look, all while lifting and tightening your glutes. You can even use them in a plank position to really feel the burn in your biceps, triceps and core.
Suitable for hardwood and most carpet floors. If you have hardwood floors, it's recommended to include a pair of soft fleece glider floor protectors to cover your gliders - this will prevent scratches.

They don't glide
These gliders are a mistake.... They do not do what they are meant to, glide. Also ruin your nice wooden floors. Avoid at all costs
