EARTHY AND STRONG
This reminds me of gardens and smoke, in the nicest way possible. High rating must be given for the throw of the candle, fills the whole room/floor in less than an hour so you never have to burn it too long to get the maximum impact. Makes a great gift too, so classy looking.

Pretending I'm in Italy with a glass of wine and sunburn

Earthy Smell
I love the earthy smell of this candle - it reminds me of a hot summer's day in Italy or Spain, sipping wine and eating freshly plucked figs. It has become my fail-safe gift for "that" person who has everything and the packaging is so beautiful. It makes a great statement place for your mantelpiece

Great quality awful scent
This is my least favourite of the overose candles. The quality is great: amazing burn time, good quality wick and pretty packaging both lit and not, strong lingering scent. However the scent is awful, it smells harsh and stale in a way which I think most people would find off-putting.

overhyped
I really wanted to like it as it looks gorgeous but the smell is no for me. I love strong, woody scents but this one smells like burned plastic for me. Maybe I have some faulty one but for this price I had higher expectations, disappointed

Gorgeous. I'd say 'sublime' but that's a bit pretentious...
I absolutely love this candle. I've always been more partial to a fresh, green, sappy smelling fig; but this particular incarnation has an undeniably milky and sweet lull that's neither saccharine or cloying (as some other Overose candles are want to do in my opinion). I've burned three of them and smelled all the others, and this is absolutely my favorite from the line without a doubt. The scent permeated beautifully without being overbearing, and as I tend to burn them for several hours at a time - is one of the few higher end candles I've lit recently (6 in the last 2 months; don't judge...) that hasn't had my increasingly sensitive olfactory senses going haywire. Will 100% repurchase, and definitely recommend if you're into strong, but subtle; sweet but fresh, juicy without being gourmand, and a tropical nuance without smelling of suntan lotion or pina coladas! x

Amazing scent!
Amazing scent and looks gorgeous just sitting on a table top. Fills the room with the most gorgeous scent even when the candle isn't lit.
