Firmly of the belief that healthy hair starts with the scalp, Ouai has created the hydrating and rebalancing Scalp Serum (60ml) to bring us the healthy hair.
Top notes of ginger and spearmint run down through tomato leaves and green fig to settle in base notes of wet grass and ambroxan for a truly indulgent self care moment as you massage this into your scalp. Cultivating the healthiest environment for your hair to flourish in are arctic root, Siberian ginseng and chaga mushroom, adaptogens that promote hydration and a healthy barrier. Have you gone a little OTT on the styling front? Fear not, red clover extract works to reduce scalp discomfort from overstimulation while peptides support the full, thick and healthy hair we have always dreamed of... we're ready for our close-up now.
Apply daily for best results. This is a leave-in product, do not rinse out. Must be applied directly to the scalp. Can be applied in the am or pm on wet or dry hair. Do not apply to open wounds and/or broken skin on the scalp. Start application in your natural part and along your hairline. Press and release the bulb once to fill the glass pipette. Unscrew the cap. Use short, quick presses to release drops throughout the scalp. Massage in to help distribute and absorb into the scalp.
SCALP SERUM is skin care inspired. The key is consistent use to see results and absorption. Face serums typically can take anywhere from a 1 minute to a few minutes to absorb and completely dry. Same goes for SCALP SERUM – wait until the serum has completely dried and absorbed before washing hair. If applying at night you are safe to wash your hair and scalp in the morning. If you apply in the morning you will safe to wash your hair and scalp in the afternoon or evening.

Absolutely love this, lasts a good time. A bit on the pricy side however I feel like it’s worth it. SMELLS DIVINE, like your in a luxury spa. Super lightweight and dried down well (doesn’t make hair greasy) have seen new hairs to come through.Â

Not sure it does anything
Maybe I need to use it longer but I have not really noticed a difference since using this. It is not greasy and it smells really good but I don't know if it does anything more than that. I wouldn't purchase this again.

Meh
Smells lovely, as all the other Ouai products which I love. However, despite applying it regularly, I haven’t really seen any benefit. My hair actually seem to get dirtier faster, which I don’t like.. not sure this is for me, I will not be purchasing again.

Nice serum
I haven't been using this enough to notice if it has made my hair any thicker or grow in more. However, I will say I primarily bought this serum to help sooth my dry scalp after shampooing as my scalp was feeling dry and dehydrated. My scalp definately feels much nicer now and I no longer have that tight feeling. It also asorbs very easily into my scalp within 10 to 15 minutes and doesn't leave my hair oily. I feel like I can put it on in the morning or at night and it doesn't impact my hair style as it dries relatively quickly. I have very fine hair, but I have a lot of hair and I section it in about 1 inch sections and apply this all over my scalp with about 2-3 drops per section and then I also focus application on my hairline as that is where I want to see the largest improvements in hair growth.

Worth it
Expensive but worth it. At first I applied it every night, now it's more like every other night but I love this. It has helped my hair growth in sparse areas and the smell is really nice and soothing.

Using this serum for two months and even my hairdresser noticed the difference in hair thickness and overall scalp condition.Â
