Beautifully scented and so very silky, such a lovely cleanser to use. It cleanses well and rinses clean nicely, but does struggle removing mascara. Brilliant for a double cleanse.

I absolutely love balm cleansers, they really suit my dry but not overly sensitive skin, and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with this! It leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh, but it’s not at all drying or stripping. The tube design is loads more convenient than a jar design, and the product comes out nice and easily despite being so thick. For me this is my morning cleanse and second evening cleanse, and I remove it with a face cloth. I’ve not noticed any residue using it in this way. I’m not sure it’s so effective at removing all makeup/SPF but for me I wouldn’t use it for a first cleanse anyway as I want the lovely ingredients directly on my skin! Will definitely continue to purchase this. 

This is a great cleansing balm, I love how it feels and that it leaves skin so soft and nourished. I like this as a second cleanse as I find it’s a little too scented to remove eye make up, it’s a bit of an appley scent so might not be everyone’s cup of tea 

Love their cleansers. This one leaves my face feeling soft & not at all dry.

Huge disappointment - the feeling when you need a cleanser to wash a cleanser.

I bought this cleanser after reading and watching good reviews on this product, but it didn't work for me. It's very hard to rinse it off, I have to use a warm cloth each time, but even after that I still feel a kind of residue on my face. The product doesn't spread well, I have to squeeze so much, so the tube lasted me for few months only. It didn't dry my skin, but I haven't noticed any benefits either. Other Oskia products worked better.

I have a combination skin that can be on the dry side and I loved using this for my second cleanse. I take my make up off first with another product then use this to clean my face. It certainly transforms into a milk but you need to shake it first to mix it well. I also wet my fingers and gently emulsify it before taking it off with a wash cloth. For the price, it could have lasted a bit longer but this isn't a big deal. I will repurchase.

Bought this recently and I'm very surprised at this high-end cleanser being so bad. Firstly you have to squeeze very hard to get it out of the tube as its so thick, you have to pull and tug at your skin to spread it, it most definitely does not form into a milk with the water, then you can't remove it or your make up. Spectacularly awful even if it was a giveaway. First time I've tried any Oskia products but I won't be buying any more. Do not buy this product, it's a waste of money.

I have already tried Eve Lom, Tata Harper's, Emma Hardie´s, Oskia Reinassance and this is the best one I have used so far. As another user says it´s similar to vaseline but it has nothing to do with it because before using it you have to shake it up and down so that the oil mix properly with the other ingredients. After using it my skin feels replenish. As a second cleanser, this is a true treatment. It´s worth the expense. If this one is out of stock I like also Emma Hardie´s moringa balm. Ya he probado otros limpiadores faciales como los de Tata Harper, Eve Lom, Emma Hardie, Anastasia, el bálsamo de moringa de Emma Hardie y hasta ahora este es el que más me ha gustado. Como dice otra usuaria, parece vaselina, pero no tiene nada que ver. Antes de usarlo hay que agitarlo bien para que el aceite se mezcle bien con los otros ingredientes. Después de usarlo, mi piel está como más rellena. Es un verdadero tratamiento. Merece la pena el gasto. Si este estuviera agotado compraría el de Emma Hardie.

I absolutely love this cleanser. It’s a gorgeous grainy balm consistency that smells amazing. I enjoy cleansing my face whenever I use this. It massages in so well and removes wonderfully with a hot cloth. Due to the thick nature, I wouldn’t remove this with water alone. I’ve got sensitive skin and eyes and I take this all over and have had zero problems. No breakouts apart from the odd hormonal chin spot. My first forage into Oskia as a brand and I wasn’t disappointed. If you love thick balmy oily cleansers with a beautiful sweet smell this is for you. 5* for sure.
