DULL & TIRED COMPLEXION: Apply a facial oil with a good glide. Use the ice-chilled flat end, following the Gua Sha diagram included to support lymphatic drainage, lessen the appearance of pores, stimulate circulation, and to bring a radiant glow to the skin's surface.
SAGGING SKIN & SIGNS OF AGING: Apply a facial oil with a good glide. Use the ice-chilled flat end, following the Gua Sha diagram included to firm and sculpt the face, lessen the appearance of wrinkles and create a more youthful glow that you'll notice immediately!
Start on the side of the neck. Following the Gua Sha diagram included, repeat each stroke 5-10 times on one side of the face traveling up until you reach the forehead. Duplicate on the other side.

A necessary part of my everyday routine!
Love this tool. I feel like it helps with puffiness. I use it morning and night just because I love it as a part of my daily me-time routine. One of the little black circles on the wide end fell out after a couple of months but it didn’t make a difference to my user experience. The round side is perfect for under eyes. You will need a slippery product such as a face oil or a cream to prevent tagging when using.

HOW DID I EVER LIVE WITHOUT THIS
I adore this tool, it's a lot more affordable compared to similar tools on the market and I love that it's double ended, like a cryo ball side that gets very cold when dipped into water with ice (good for depuffing) and the other 'gua sha' like end of good for sculpting (also has cryo beads that can depuff & sculpt simultaneously). I particularly like using the ball side to massage my jaw which can get a bit stiff, I think people with TMJ would really enjoy this.

Works wonders, at first was disappointed you had to use ice to active the tool but worth the extra 5 minutes in my routine. Recommend doing a before and after, as you will really see the results especially if you're someone is suffers from puffiness in the mornings and swelling.

I've really been enjoying this tool but I think the real star of the show is the bead end, it helps to calm down inflamed under the skin spots and provides some relief.
