Lovely Gummies
5These gummies had a great taste and texture and performed well, my hair was definitely appearing and feeling healthier. I have been reasonably impressed by the Hum range and look forward to trying more of their products. One month of use is not enough to comment on hair growth, however. Would buy again.

4I love love love these! As someone who has pretty painful periods, I will put one on when I feel cramps coming on and they are sooo soothing for my cramps. I think they're better than heating patches. Just don't leave them on for too long and I usually take them off in the shower after wetting with water, otherwise it can cause irritation/dryness on the skin from the menthol and adhesive.

3I've consumed these for around 3 months and honestly didn't miss them when I stopped. They're personally too sweet for me, and I can't truly say if they were effective or not.

Tasty but no effect
