Game changer!
Decided to give this a go as it was recommended by Happy Hormones. I didn't have high expectations but figured it was worth a try. I'm not a fan of chocolate flavoured drinks and this has cocoa in it so was concerned about the taste. But to be fair it's pretty palatable - I mix with 250ml water and knock it back. Since using this daily I've found my head is clearer, I'm not so fatigued and the past 2 periods I've had have been the easiest I've had in years! Not completely pain free free but I didn't once have to curl up in a ball or double over in pain! Amazing stuff - so glad I gave it a go! I've also been taking a NutriAdvanced Multi Essential for women each day throughout which could be contributing the improvements I've seen as well.

Vile
This stuff tastes absolutely vile. I've tried using the powder different ways but always have the same reaction of wanting to vomit. Yes I want help with the menopause because I'm unable to have HRT, but for this price I would expect the taste to be palatable so that I would be able to get it down me. A waste of money for me.

Genuinely game-changing
This stuff is incredible. I've been using it for the past three months and not only are my hair, nails and skin better than ever, my brain fog has disappeared, I'm sleeping better and I feel like myself again. I really can't rate it highly enough.
