The Taste!
I bought this to help with menopausal symptoms, such as restless legs, hot flushes, brain fog and insomnia. It sounds wonderful. And perhaps it is, but I can’t bear to drink it because of the strong smell and taste, even in fruit juice. A waste of money for me but the ingredients sounds fantastic. Just be careful if you are sensitive to strong smells and tastes. I can’t even describe it - perhaps malty, stale mushrooms?

My hot flushes are not 100pct gone but at least 70pct improved, and i can sleep again! Expensive but worth it for the excellent results.Â
