Smile and brush a thin layer on teeth.

Wait 30 seconds before closing mouth and 10-30 minutes before eating or drinking.

Apply up to two times per day for two weeks. Do not use in combination with coffee, tea, cigarettes or other substances that may impact the whitening effect.

Consult a dentist prior to use. If irritation occurs, such as redness, swelling, soreness of gums and mouth, discontinue use. Not recommended for use by children under 12 years of age.
