Great for home office
i keep this in my home office and spray whenever it’s a bit tense. Very relaxing

I use this before I go to bed. I use when when I practice yoga I spray the room and myself. Â But I also use this when I teach yoga class! I spray all the students palms and make them breathe it in as the class is starting and they love it !Â

Disclaimer, I’ve not used it much because I feel I can’t spray it into my mat at the start of a class. So I’ve used it afterwards in my bag Hmm Maybe one for the at home yoga fan Smells lovely though!

Great smelling spray
Disclaimer: not yet used for yoga!! This spray is delicious, I genuinely love it! I’ve actually used it as a pillow spray so far

So relaxing
I first heard of this as a spray to make the hospital room more welcoming when having a baby! It’s really nice and gentle, not overly perfumed like a room-perfume but a fresh and gentle lift. Now use it in my home gym for yoga days!Â
