So gentle and hydrating
This balm feels gentle and soothing on my skin while easily removing all traces of makeup. I find that if I add a splash of water I can remove all the product without using a cloth so this is ideal for my sensitive skin. The smell is very neutral but there is a subtle citrus hint that helps to cover the smell of the oils in the formula. I'll definitely be recommending this to customers who have sensitive skin but want a balm.

So Pampering & Melts!
This in the pot looks like it might be really dense but I found that it so easily and quickly melted once worked on the skin and just felt so luxurious and just melted away that surface-level buildup, sunscreen, and bronzer with so little effort and then rinsed off super easily! This is perfect for all skin types as doesn't dry or leave the skin with a film and is just so easy!

soft and lovely!
I love how soft this is, and I don't know how to explain this given it is a balm. But it is honestly just like soft butter. I have only been using this daily for about a week but so far definitely love it. This also has a very light scent to it, not overpowering at all, I can't explain how it smells besides smelling quite clean and fresh. My only slight concern is that it does sting my eyes a little, but this is easily resolved if I remove my eye makeup prior to using this on my face/skin. Would definitely repurchase and recommend it.

I love cleansing balms and this one is no exception because I am blown away by the removal power of this product. It removed every single inch of makeup and what really put it to the test; I was wearing double layers of mascara and liquid liner. Guess what? All gone with one use of this. The texture is also beautiful; it starts as a balm and then turns into a beautiful creamy milk. My skin is so clean yet it doesn't feel stripped, instead it feels hydrated, soft and has a beautiful clean radiance. Obsessed!
