With 0.01% encapsulated retinaldehyde, AKA retinal, the Crystal Retinal 1 Serum (30ml) is your new hard-working hero serum, plumping, softening and firming the look of skin.
A cream-like serum that effortlessly melts into skin, this is your new nighttime treat. Providing the same results as retinol but up to 11 times faster, retinal works to boost the appearance of collagen-rich skin, revealing bouncy and dewy results. Encased in a crystal structure that can be broken down by the skin's natural enzymes, retinal is easily absorbed, allowing the slow release of vitamin A while you sleep. Add hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and glycerin into the prodigious blend, and you have a serum that deeply hydrates, for a healthy-looking, supple complexion.
After cleansing in the evening, massage a small amount across the face, neck and décolletage. Allow to absorb before applying your moisturiser. Use twice a week for the first two weeks, every other night for the next two weeks, then every night. Always wear sunscreen the following morning. Consult a doctor if breastfeeding or pregnant.

Great for sensitive skin!
I have super sensitive skin and was worried about using a harsh retinol. I introduced this to my skin and it’s never looked better, I use this around 3 times a week. It’s super gentle and not drying. Would definitely recommend and will repurchaseÂ

I loveeee
I had been apprehensive about finally trying a retinol, but Medik8 was recommended to me by someone and I gave it a go, encouraged by the option of different strengths. I’m really glad I did because my skin, although purging a bit, has never looked more glowy or bright. The morning after I use it, I can always tell a difference! Excited to see the longer term results. Also, to note, I’m a sensitive skin girl who has had eczema on my face in the past, and it hasn’t upset my skin at all.

Game changer!
I’ve never used a more visibly effective skin care product. This will literally improve the appearance in the texture of your skin in a relatively short space of time. I’ve used the crystal retinal range for a couple of years now and progressed up to number 10 but weirdly my favourite is still number 1. I can see the difference when I do not use it for a week. Fine lines have improved as well as having a more even and radiant skin tone. Believe the hype with this one!!!
