waste of money
Took these for two months straight all while my nails kept breaking. Ive been in the need for a proper 'hair, skin and nails' vit as I'm having hair loss and broken hair along with very brittle mails and this did absolutely nothing. Its also not the best flavour.

didn't make much of a difference
I have been taking these gummies for a little over two months now. They taste great, but I haven't noticed much of a difference, except maybe that my nails grow a little faster and stronger.
