love this !
I was a bit sceptical about this gel / cream at first as it seemed really light, and my skin is combination, so I can get very oily or dry. but this worked like a dream on my skin, absorbed really nicely and left my skin feeling moisturised all day. its not too heavy - and does a great job, at moisturising but not adding oiliness onto the face. defo worth a try !

I was really curious to find out what the hype was about when it comes to La Mer as I have never tried any of their products before and let me say, Oh Wow! The formula is perfect for my normal skin, if feels like pure silk on my face and a super indulgent treat. The scent is subtle but sublime and the whole process of applying this product feels like a luxurious experience. If your budget allows it I would definitely recommend you try this!

Super Moisturising & Soothing
Really impressed with this moisturiser. I am using alongside the La Mer Treatment Lotion. A perfect combination after shaving when my skin is feeling dry/irritated. The cooling aspect also has been amazing relief following excessive sun exposure/SPF cleansing. Would recommend!

Refreshing Hydration
Me and my normal, but verging on oily, skin have always struggled to find the perfect moisturiser, particularly in the summer months. I'm constantly on the search for something that plays well with my vitamin C and hyaluronic acid serums (holy grail products that I will never be without), but still layers well under make up and SPF... and has to feel *just* right on my skin. Anything too rich, creamy or heavy and I'll feel like my skin is suffocating and instantly want to wash my face. The Moisturizing Cool Gel Cream hits the perfect mark for me. This gives me the texture that I love in the form of a lightweight gel, but with just enough body to it that it keeps me feeling hydrated all day long. Having struggled with some sensitivity and rashes recently around my chin, this seems to have helped calm it down slightly too! My only negative? This does have dimethicone fairly high up in the inci list, so I find it can sometimes pill if you're not paying attention to what you're layering with this.

Amazing on oily skin
My skin is both oily but also super dehydrated and I struggle to find products that which are hydrating enough but also don’t leave my skin feeling tacky and heavy. Enter the Cool Gel Cream, which strikes the perfect balance leaving my skin feeling refreshed and soothed and looking healthy and glowy - definitely pick this up if you have similar struggles!
