1At first this appeared to be a good product and I purchased multiple bottles while they were on offer as it is expensive. Which I didn’t mind if it was going to work and it did had first.  My hair was thicker and fuller. Unfortunately, they are still unopened in the cupboard. After approx 3 months of using the detox shampoo, the oil and mask my hair has been falling out causing it to be very fine, with significant hair loss. It may work for others but I have stopped using it and trying another hair thickening product in the hope that it can help to encourage hair growth. It’s a shame as I did find it to thicken my hair originally.Â

Really like
5I really like this shampoo. My hair feels and looks very clean but not drying at the same time. I have fine hair and it doesn’t weigh my hair down. Also, kind to my coloured hair. I use it in combination with the amazing leave in hair mask (generally once a week).

Regular repurchase
5This is such a good shampoo, it lathers really well and my hair always feels clean but with no downside - as in, it’s never flyaway / static or tangled. All K18 products are faves of mine, I like this one over the other shampoos as I use hairspray and gel when tying my hair up.

So smooth - blown away!
5I have thick hair by volume that is fine and curly hair that's been coloured. I tend to wair it straight or in waves so a fair amount of heat use with products to protect. Just after one wash this has left my hair feeling sooo incredibly soft and smooth when running my hands through it, this is before applying any oils! Can actually feel the clear out of product build up from my hair ends. 100% recommend it!

Great shampoo
5For the first time ever I could feel my hair was actually ‘clean’! I used the K18 treatment after and my hair was soo soft. Such a great prep shampoo before the K18 treatment. Preferred this to the Ouai one.

Unfortunate
2this does a great job of cleaning away build up in your hair, however I had an allergic reaction to it. This is at no fault of K18 as I’ve only found a few shampoos that don’t cause a reaction. For most people I imagine this would be a great product!!

Amazing
5Used this for the first time and I was shocked at the difference it is amazing! My hair never felt cleaner and like the fact the liquid is black and it goes white when it’s fully rubbed in! Best detox shampoo I’ve usedÂ
