Massage Protocol
3 x on each side of the face, leading with the handle of the facial massager.
Step 1: Jawline x 5
Starting from the centre of the chin place your jawbone between each roller and roll up to just below your ear.
Step 2: Lips x 5
Starting from the centre of your mouth, place your lips between each roller and roll up to the middle of your ear
Step 3: Cheekbone x 5
Starting from your nose, place your cheekbone between each roller and roll up to the top of your ear.
Step 4: Brow x 5
Starting from the inside of your eyebrow, place your brow bone between each roller and roll along your eyebrow.
Step 5: Forehead x 5
Starting from the centre of your forehead, roll up to one inch into the hairline. Add 2-3 more sections to cover full forehead.
Step 6: Neck x 5
Starting at your clavicle, roll up to the back of your ear. Add 2-3 more sections to cover neck muscle but do not massage the centre of your neck/throat.
Step 7: Chest x 5
Starting from the middle of your chest, roll up to shoulder. Add one more section to cover chest muscle.
Drainage Protocol
Rolling along the very surface of the skin drains and depuffs the face. This should always be performed on clean skin. For drainage you will use light pressure with your roller. After each step, lightly roll from behind the ear to shoulder.

As for steps 1-5 of Massage Protocol, following each step with the aforementioned ‘Neck Roll’
Product Push
After applying your favourite serum or cream, use the roller to push the product into your skin, Without removing the rollers from the skin, use pushing and pulling motions while forming a cross hatch patter.

Wonder tool.
It is the best facial massager I have tried. It is easy to use, don’t require any kind of preparation and the face look more relaxed afterwards. Travel friendly.

Best face tool.
This is a tool I use every evening and I see improvement in my skin. It helps decrease swallowing and wrinkles and is very relaxing.

So great but expensive
I had my eye on this for a long time and I was not disappointed, really nice to use, too early to see if it’s made much difference to my skin but it feels very good. It’s great for me because I clench my jaw and this really helps me to relax before bed. In the morning it’s really nice if you put it in a bowl of ice before using it. You can also roll it over the top and a sheet mask (I did it with 111skin rose gold and my skin looked amazing afterwards. This has replaced my Sarah Chapman facial massager and my rose quartz gua sha. I haven’t recommended it to many people because of the price, very expensive really but then I am glad I have it and it feels like very good quality so hopefully it will last forever!

Lovely Phallic Looking Thing
Let me start off by saying yes, "it's expensive for what it is". But if you have the budget to splurge on this, I say you won't be disappointed. I trust Joanna Czech and highly respect her as an aesthetician, and I am more than happy to pay the extra £££ if that means I'm supporting this woman's business. Now down to facts: 1) The roller is heavy, sturdy and the metall is cold with aluminum and zinc alloys. If you're into Biologique Recherche's philosophy that anything cold on your skin is anti inflammatory and God sent (and you're used to finishing with cold water/a cold cloth) - you're going to love this. 2) Roller can be used in 2-3 ways. As drainage tool, a heavenly massager, or to push in product (depending on how you steer the handle). A pamphlet is provided with all details and with different routines. I also recommend checking Youtube for her tutorials. 3) After 2 weeks of consistent use, my droopy eyelids are more lifted. My cheeks and cheekbones more defined. Jawline sharper. I've started bringing this down to my deck and décolletage, and noticing the area looking extra plump. Teraz twoja kolej! / Now it's your turn!

beautifully roller
I had been looking at this roller on and off for a while as its a beautiful roller and wonderfully made! I especially like that the balls on the roller appear to have a transparent coating (silicone) that doesn't affect it feeling cold or retaining the cold temperature. It seems to fit the contours of your face perfectly and the only downside was the absolutely ridiculous price tag! As I stated previously I kept coming back to the roller as I hadn't seen anything similar and I do enjoy my face massage routine using my full set of gua sha tools including my rose quartz roller! Only received Joanna Czech facial tool yesterday after months of indecision and within an hour of I received a notification from the current body about a new brand called skin gym! So I went on the site and there it was!! Exactly the same facial tool the only difference was that instead of Joanna Czech name on it it had skin gym but other than that its identical for £65 quid! I'm absolutely appalled! When I spend £179 pounds on something like this you expect it to be paying for more than a name stamped on the side of a facial metal tool! Sorry guys but I expected better.

Great
The only reason a star is taken off is because of the price. But this facial massager is annoyingly good! Sometimes I forget to use it (or I am too tired) and I notice it. I am in my 30’s and trying to last as long as I possibly can without having to resort to fillers or botox. This really is great to use (along with the ZIIP, which is the best thing ever). So glad Cult Beauty has decided to stock this.
